TamilSpark International Journal of Tamil Studies provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, teachers, scholars, and professionals to explore the rich and diverse dimensions of Tamil language, literature, culture, history, society, and related fields of Tamil Studies. The journal welcomes original and innovative research articles that contribute new knowledge, critical insights, and meaningful perspectives to the field. It aims to promote scholarly inquiry and research awareness among students, teachers, educators, researchers, literary scholars, cultural practitioners, and curriculum developers while contributing to the advancement, documentation, preservation, and promotion of Tamil language, literature, and cultural heritage.

TamilSpark International Journal of Tamil Studies is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts are expected to be original and free from plagiarism. Plagiarism or the use of material from other sources without appropriate acknowledgement, citation, or permission is strictly prohibited. This applies to all parts of a manuscript, including text, figures, tables, and other scholarly content. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected or withdrawn at any stage of the editorial and publication process. The journal follows ethical standards to ensure originality, transparency, accountability, and integrity in scholarly publishing.

TamilSpark International Journal of Tamil Studies follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published research. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by qualified professors, educators, researchers, and subject experts with relevant expertise in the respective disciplines. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

தமிழ்ஸ்பார்க் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழாய்வு இதழ் தமிழ் மொழி, இலக்கியம், பண்பாடு, வரலாறு, சமூகம் மற்றும் தமிழ் ஆய்வுடன் தொடர்புடைய பல்வேறு துறைகளின் செழுமையான மற்றும் பன்முகப் பரிமாணங்களை ஆராய்வதற்கான ஓர் அறிவார்ந்த கல்வியியல் தளமாகத் திகழ்கிறது. இவ்விதழ், அசல் ஆய்வுகள், திறனாய்வு ஆய்வுகள், புதுமையான கருத்துகள் மற்றும் அறிவார்ந்த கண்ணோட்டங்களை முன்வைக்கவும், பரிமாறிக்கொள்ளவும், பரப்பவும் கல்வியாளர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள், அறிஞர்கள் மற்றும் பல்வேறு துறைசார் வல்லுநர்களுக்கான அறிவுசார் மன்றமாகச் செயல்படுகிறது. தமிழ் ஆய்வின் பன்முக மரபுகள், சமகால வளர்ச்சிகள், புதிய கண்ணோட்டங்கள் மற்றும் பல்துறை அணுகுமுறைகள் குறித்த கல்வியியல் ஈடுபாட்டை தமிழ்ஸ்பார்க் ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. புதிய அறிவு, திறனாய்வுப் பார்வைகள் மற்றும் பொருத்தமான கருத்துகளைத் தமிழ் ஆய்வுத் துறைக்கு வழங்கும் அசல் மற்றும் புதுமையான ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை இவ்விதழ் வரவேற்கிறது. மாணவர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், கல்வியாளர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள், இலக்கிய அறிஞர்கள், பண்பாட்டுச் செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் மற்றும் பாடத்திட்ட உருவாக்குநர்கள் ஆகியோரிடையே ஆய்வுச் சிந்தனையையும் கல்வியியல் ஆர்வத்தையும் வளர்ப்பதுடன், தமிழ் மொழி, இலக்கியம் மற்றும் பண்பாட்டு மரபின் முன்னேற்றம், ஆவணப்படுத்தல், பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டிற்கும் இவ்விதழ் பங்களிக்கிறது.

தமிழ்ஸ்பார்க் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழாய்வு இதழ் வெளியீட்டு நெறிமுறைகள் மற்றும் கல்வியியல் நேர்மையின் உயர்ந்த தரநிலைகளைப் பேணுவதில் உறுதியாக உள்ளது. சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் அனைத்து ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளும் அசலானவையாகவும், கருத்துத் திருட்டு (Plagiarism) இல்லாதவையாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும். உரிய ஒப்புதல், மேற்கோள் அல்லது ஆதாரக் குறிப்பு இன்றி பிற ஆதாரங்களில் இருந்து கருத்துகள் அல்லது உள்ளடக்கங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவது கண்டிப்பாகத் தடைசெய்யப்படுகிறது. இந்நெறிமுறை ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையின் அனைத்து பகுதிகளுக்கும், குறிப்பாக உரை, படங்கள், அட்டவணைகள் மற்றும் பிற கல்வியியல் உள்ளடக்கங்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும். கருத்துத் திருட்டு அல்லது பிற கல்வியியல் முறைகேடுகள் கண்டறியப்படும் ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள், ஆசிரியர் மதிப்பாய்வு மற்றும் வெளியீட்டுச் செயல்முறையின் எந்த நிலையிலும் நிராகரிக்கப்படலாம் அல்லது திரும்பப் பெறப்படலாம். ஆய்வுகளின் அசல்தன்மை, வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை, பொறுப்புணர்வு மற்றும் கல்வியியல் நேர்மையை உறுதி செய்யும் வகையில், தமிழ்ஸ்பார்க் உயர்தரமான வெளியீட்டு நெறிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றுகிறது.

தமிழ்ஸ்பார்க் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழாய்வு இதழ் வெளியிடப்படும் ஆய்வுகளின் தரம், அசல்தன்மை மற்றும் கல்வியியல் நேர்மையை உறுதி செய்வதற்காக இரட்டை மறைமுக மதிப்பாய்வு முறையை (Double-Blind Peer Review) பின்பற்றுகிறது. சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள், தொடர்புடைய துறைகளில் உரிய கல்வியியல் நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்ற பேராசிரியர்கள், கல்வியாளர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள் மற்றும் துறைசார் வல்லுநர்களால் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்படுகின்றன. மதிப்பாய்வு நடைமுறை முழுவதும் ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களின் அடையாளங்கள் ரகசியமாகப் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன.
